Nick Rothenberg

Nick Rothenberg heads 2Be, managing a cooperative arrangement between leading consultants and consulting companies. Nick has a long history of focusing on the human dimension of organizations, helping them to develop mastery in the areas of leadership, strategic planning, innovation, teambuilding and change effectiveness. His expertise draws on a degree in anthropology, a successful career as an entrepreneur and business leader, and management of technical and creative teams.

Nick Rothenberg

Prior to forming 2Be, Nick was a Partner and worldwide Entertainment & Media specialist for USWeb/CKS and marchFIRST. (He co-founded pioneering Internet development firm W3-design in 1994, which was acquired by USWeb Corporation in 1997 and became marchFIRST in 2000.) Nick oversaw the development of new media business entities for clients ranging from Hard Rock Cafe, Fox and NBC, to Kaiser Permanente, DirecTV and The Guggenheim Museum. He has also been extensively involved with nonprofit entities, helping them to maximize their business models in support of their outreach efforts. Most recently, he helped to guide the formation of CrownPeak Technology -- a leading content management company.

Nick was formerly Assistant Director of the University of Southern California (USC) E-Lab, where he worked on such groundbreaking efforts as the Mercury Project, hailed by The London Times as a "piece of computer history." He has been featured in Inc. Magazine, Los Angeles Magazine, Oregon Business, The Wall Street Journal and WIRED Magazine, and has been previously listed among the Top 100 Business Entrepreneurs by Los Angeles Magazine and the Los Angeles Business Journal. Nick was also co-founder of Urban Nomad Productions, an independent film company which released his PBS documentary "Bui Doi: Life Like Dust" in the 1990's. The film premiered at Sundance, and went on to win 11 awards at U.S. and international festivals. He is a graduate of Harvard University and holds a Master's in Anthropology from USC.


Jacqueline Jannotta -- Creative Teamwork

Jacqueline Jannotta has extensive experience working with creative teams and in developing creative content. She has worked with The Learning Channel, Time Life Video, Inc., and for Big Ticket Television (a subsidiary of the Spelling Entertainment Group). Her writing and creative experience includes three major network pilots (one of which became the series "The Sinbad Show") and the hit NBC series "Night Court."

Jacqueline has more recently served in senior staff positions with some of the foremost new media ventures, and also brings this expertise to her consultation with creative teams. She served as Director of Content for Wedding411.com, one of the most trafficked online destinations for wedding information. Prior to Wedding411, she was Director of Content for PeopleLink, the first company incubated from within idealab! -- the Internet ventures incubation firm founded by industry leader Bill Gross. She has also served as a judge for the prestigious GII Awards. Jacqueline earned her BS in Radio-TV-Film from Northwestern University.

Sydney Joyner-- Organizational Development

Sydney Joyner has over 15 years experience in organizational development consulting with start-up, emerging and growth companies, and mergers & acquisitions. She is President of Joyner Consulting LTD, a national organizational development consulting firm that works with both the Boards and the executive leadership of companies on development strategies to support growth, performance and profitability. She acts as a catalyst for organizational development, and is noted for her high energy, insight, and facilitation abilities. She is a frequent lecturer and presenter on leadership, organizational change, and the development of the "intellectual assets" within companies.

Sydney has held senior executive positions in the marketing, advertising and public relations arena. She holds undergraduate degrees in education and speech and hearing pathology, with post-graduate work in business management and broadcast communications. She holds an MBA degree from Marylhurst University, with a concentration in organizational development.

Relly Nadler, Psy.D.-- Leadership Training and Coaching

Dr. Relly Nadler was trained as a clinical psychologist and has become a world-class executive coach and team trainer. Since 1976 Relly has designed innovative programs and practical tools to develop an application for the use of Emotional Intelligence in the everyday workplace.

As a consultant to Outward Bound as well as Fortune 500 companies, Relly is recognized throughout the world for his expertise in bringing experiential learning to the workplace. He sits on the faculty of The College of Executive Coaching and is the author of two best selling leadership and team performance books. He received his B.A. from the University of Hartford and his M.A. in Psychology at the University of California, Santa Barbara. He received his Psy.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado.
